Hey there! Guess what? It’s that time of year when sweet October days bring color to life – nature’s grand finale of beauty before winter takes its hold. Today, I want to take you with me through the magical and enchanting beauty of the Green Bay Botanical Gardens. These 47-acres of land are full of lush tall trees, fall blossoms, and gold rust colored leaves awaken your senses with the crispness of the changing season.
I took my time walking around the garden in a mint green maxi dress and my flip flops (Long dress means comfy shoes! :)). It gives you the sense of being in another world, taking in all the splendid natural beauty around you.
You never know what you’ll find if you don’t do things out of your normal routine. I found this peaceful creek where the gush of water and warm sun glistening on my face was so relaxing. The cool wind blowing my hair runs through my spine.
A well-developed Botanical gardens can have a therapeutic effect on you. You should check one out near you before Fall is over! Each color in this serene environment elicits inner peace and helps you generate a positive outlook and appreciation of life.
My visit to the garden gave me time for self-reflection. As I watch the leaves fall from the trees, there is a feeling of sadness that winter is almost here. However, this makes me think of parallels to our daily lives. There are happy days and sad days. Sometimes you fall and sometimes you feel stuck. But the mighty resilient trees remind us that it’s just a matter of time before new freshly green leaves emerge. xoxo
Get the Dress here from Lulus ! They have other colors too if you’re not feeling minty 🙂
